  Hands down the highlight of our entire trip. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and ran seamlessly. The service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming — which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable from the moment we arrived. A special mention to our group guide, who was an absolute legend and went above and beyond with friendliness, kindness, great advice, and attention to detail. You could really tell they cared about making sure everyone had an amazing time. Couldn’t fault a single thing. I’ll definitely be recommending this experience to friends and family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for such an unforgettable day!

  Had an amazing time with the family on a private boat tour of the Phi Phi islands. We had booked it with 5 Star Marine, and they did a fantastic job of making out trip memorable. Special mention to Jimmy our guide he was simply amazing and made sure we all had a wonderful time. Whether on the boat, the island or snorkeling. Definitely recommend 5 Star marine. Extremely professional. Kept us well informed prior to the trip. Were on time to pick us up, really well maintained boats, professional staff and because we had booked a private tour we were able to plan activities based on what we wanted from the available options. 5 stars for 5 Star marine

• An amazing day to Maya Beach and Phi Phi Island

  We had the most amazing experience, yes it is a bumpy ride out with the seas as they are, but the reward was so worth it, and the ride back was much smoother. Our crew of Beer, Captain Sunny, Gift and the amazing Yo were all excellent. We always do private tours on a cruise over crowded, expensive ship ones and while the cruise companies do all they can to make you scared the ship will leave if you are not back on time, companies like 5 star do all they can to make sure you are all back on time, and they worked with us to provide not only an experience we will never forgot, but got us back to the ship in plenty of time. I cannot find enough words to tell you how great this trip was, hopefully the pictures below tell you. The beach at Maya is crowded, but it is very easy to get pictures with nobody in the background , the snorkeling and beach stop were also great.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience hiring a private boat tour to the Phi Phi Islands from Phuket with 5 Star Marine, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Right from the beginning, the team was extremely professional and communicative. We were clearly briefed in advance about the day’s plan, weather conditions, wind levels, and possible choppiness at sea, which made us feel very well prepared and completely safe throughout the journey. The guide was superb, with excellent knowledge of every location we visited, and shared interesting insights along the way. The boat was neat, clean, and very well maintained, and the crew was highly trained, courteous, and attentive, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Starting early in the morning was a big advantage, as it helped us avoid crowds—especially at Maya Bay, where we could spend quality time enjoying its pristine beauty with far fewer people around. After lunch at Phi Phi Don, we went snorkelling, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The guides were extremely supportive, taking us to great spots and helping us experience the stunning marine life up close. Overall, this was a safe, well-organized, and memorable experience. We would highly recommend 5 Star Marine for families or anyone looking for a premium and stress-free island tour. Kudos to the entire team for an exceptional day on the water!

  

  

  

  

• Just WOW!

  A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our own private speed boat ensured we reached Maya Beach before too many of the crowds. And wow! You can’t quite believe the absolute beauty of the place! We visited beautiful lagoons whilst admiring all the rock formations of Phi Phi we stood with monkeys on monkey beach, we snorkelled on two different reefs. On the first reef we briefly spotted a blue tip reef shark. We asked if there was anywhere else we could snorkel where we were likely to get better sightings of them. The wonderful crew including Ya Ya & Gino took us to a reef where there were no other tourists, only divers. I’m not sure how to describe what we experienced but we swam with 4 blue tip reef sharks and our minds were blown. Amongst this there were tropical fish galore, beautiful coral and we even saw the most electric blue star fish! Our day ended beach side for a wonderful lunch, before heading back to the marina.   We went to PP Island. The crew of three was wonderful. They took us to all the right spots at the right time. They were professional, efficient, attentive to our needs, pleasant, etc. The boats are brand new and very clean. What else do you want?

  Go early to avoid crowds. Boat ride from Phuket could be long and bumpy so be prepared and bring ear plugs. We took Dramamine the night before and we didn’t get seasick, thank goodness. Highly recommend doing so.
