It was really nice. Guide Didi and his team been really friendly. Snorkelgear and lifejackets been on board and in good conditions. Water and Coke and just about 25 tourists on the speedboat. 4 Stops with swimming snorkeling and Phi Phi Don shopping and Lunchbuffet. Just 4 of 5 stars because it was crazy busy specially at Maya Bay. Thanks for the awesome day we’ll never forget.

We booked this tour through the hotel which gave us a good price, 1100 BT each excluding the entrance to the park (400 BT). I state that mine is not a criticism of the tour company, which are more or less all the same, but of the type of excursion. Too many people, too many boats, too much garbage. We left Kho Lanta in a Speedy boat. We did two micro snorkels that start from the beach where there are practically no fish. But only a human tide. Nothing particularly interesting. The phi phi zone must have been a kind of paradise on earth in the past but now it is invaded by hundreds of boats pouring thousands of tourists. The lunch stop took place in a restaurant that was a kind of self-service canteen. Horrible. The last stage was a real Dante's group. Everyone lines up to visit kho phi phi Lee which has a beautiful nature, but on the beach a megaphone screams that it is forbidden to swim, smoke and lists the various drinks available in the bars. We couldn't wait to get back from this trip. It is a real shame that the various excursions are not subject to quotas. As far as I'm concerned, it was money but above all, a wasted day. Rather, better do the excursion to kho rock, less people and snorkelingdecent.

Whilst we booked with Opal, without any notice at departure we were instead combined with 3 other tour companies to a company who had dreadful reviews and we didn’t book with. The boat was dangerously overcrowded (50 +) and used as a ferry and we had no option but to sit at the front without shade for the whole day. There was no room to move about the boat. Think twice before booking with this company.

This is not a tour, it's a transfer. Do not book with Opal travel of OhHoo as its the same trip. If you want to actually step foot on Maya bay book with another company. This trip was not as advertised, they turn up at parking space for maya bay, it's a little choppy because of all the boats and they use this as the excuse to not let you off, even though every other boat manages. Opal travel are under too tight a schedule as they need to be back at phi phi don to pick up their transfer passangers back to koh lanta at 1520. Very disappointing.

Good full-day trip by speedboat with first stop for swimming at Bamboo Island, snorkeling off Monkey Beach, good lunch at Phi Phi and self-sightseeing on the island, boat to Pileh Lagoon and Viking Cave before we went home. We went on a similar trip many years ago and Phi Phi in particular had a more genuine feel then, but it was still interesting to see how the island had changed.

The snorkelling was amazing. We saw a shark around 4 foot long and lots of unusual fish. The boat was large, not crowded at all and the drinking water plentiful. The lunch was amazing, the most authentic meal we’ve had in Thailand. We could not believe the number of different stops and experiences we had for the tiny price of the trip

Nature is amazing and everyone definitely must visit the island. About the company: I strongly recommend finding another company to do the tour. They use the tour boat as ferry, picking up/leaving passangers in the stops along the way. Addicionaly, they re-schedule May Bay to the end of the tour and we couldn’t visit because it was closed (it seemed to be set up before as we saw many turists at the beach). We also didn’t visit Bambo Island because the waves was big according to them. About the food we can not review because my wife refuse to try it.

This boat tour is nothing like it says on the tin. The boat itself is a ferry boat, which is used to cart as many people as possible on board, without any consideration for number of seats on board. Half our party were left standing for the trip. Each location visited is beautiful, however you only have 40 minutes there before the boat leaves again, which equates to around 30 minutes maximum on the island, which is overrun by tourists, and other ferry boats. The tour was so unimpressive and against what was promised that our entire group and many others opted to go for a separate lunch, convinced the lunch itself would be as disappointing as the rest of the day, at additional expense to ourselves. The biggest concern was that the return journey was oversubscribed by more than 50% fitting nearly 40 passengers on a boat designed for 23, with additional luggage and suitcases for those heading to the airport by ferry. Do not book this trip if you want a fun, peaceful, private experience, with basic safety measures in place.

Expectation: An exclusive speedboat tour with a comfortable 20-person capacity, as advertised. Reality: A cramped ride on what was essentially a ferry, overloaded with 37 people. Expectation: A luxury experience with ample viewing space and safety equipment. Reality: Overcrowding made it impossible to move freely, enjoy the views, or even have the assurance that there were enough life jackets for everyone on board. Expectation: A tranquil journey to beautiful island spots with a focus on customer experience. Reality: The tour was exploited as a ferry route, adding extra passengers and detracting from the tour experience. The stark difference between what was promised and what was delivered has been disheartening. Safety concerns due to insufficient life jackets, coupled with the discomfort of an overcrowded boat, left me feeling deceived and concerned for the welfare of all passengers. Those seeking a true Koh Phi Phi experience should consider other options that guarantee the safety and enjoyment of their guests.
