Absolutely incredible experience. As authentic as it gets! Hong was wonderful, did a great job of explaining what we were supposed to do resulting in amazing food. Learned a ton about Vietnamese culture and where and how certain foods and herbs are grown. Her 11 year old nephew Phillip sat and ate with us and spent a couple hours going over everything that we wanted to know about Vietnam. Loved every second of the experience and would do it again in a heartbeat!
