A child ticket is required for all guests who are between 4 and 10 years of age.

For your safety, the maximum rider weight is 88 kg (194 lbs). Please note, tickets are non-refundable for riders who exceed this weight limit.

Children under 3 years old are free of charge. They must sit on a parent's lap, and the combined weight of the parent and child must not exceed 88 kg (194 lbs).

All participants are required to wear long pants for this activity.

All riders must maintain control of their vehicle and adhere to the instructions of our guides. Uncontrolled riding is strictly prohibited.

Punctuality: We must adhere to a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings. Late arrivals may result in a reduced ride time.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, strong intermediate and advanced riders must demonstrate their ability to independently control their horse prior to leaving the stable.

In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
