5.00Fantastic experience, well worth the money and our guide Anna was extremely knowledgeable and kept a good pace. We saw different areas of Prague giving us a fabulous overview of this awesome city. The restaurant we went to was great and the boat cruise at the end was a nice way to finish the tour. Highly recommend.

1.00We left over an hour before our meeting time. Not getting good directions due to lack of no one speaking or understanding English we did not arrive until 10:30. I tried to contact our guide at 9:50am and 10:30 to inform them and to see if we could catch up with the tour. I did not expect them to wait, but I was hoping to be able to reach out to the tour guide to try and catch up with the tour. We used this company in Hawaii and our guide text us prior to even picking us up to give us his contact information. But yes we were still in the US. Not happy with the outcome, no call back, but was sent an email saying no refund would be provided. We were so excited to do the tour but no communication from the guide at all. Lessened learned in a foreign country make sure a pick up from your hotel is included.

5.00This is a wonderful full day on the best spots of Prague. Excellent way to get to know everything. The food is excellent and the boat tour as well. Ross our guide was fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. He really deserves ten stars!

5.00This was a great first day tour in Prague. It was an excellent overview of everything Prague has to offer. It touched on alot of things and gives you ideas of things you want to spend more time on. My guide was Barbara and she was excellent! Very knowledgeable and obviously proud of her city. I would recommend this on your first day to get oriented to the city.
