This is a great time with many great snorkeling opportunities. The shipwreck was mind-blowing, the fish were beautiful and we even saw turtles as well. The open bar was a plus of course and the food provided was some of the best I've had on a boat excursion. You will not regret booking this experience.

New experience. A lot to know about the island (historically). Great time on the boat. Great crew members

Breakfast pastries. Then three great snorkeling spots. Lunch was really tasty paella! Captain and crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely book with them again!

I had the best time! The day trip included both champagne brunch (which is just pastries), but also a nice lunch (seafood with rice, potato salad and fresh fruit). You get taken to 3 separate places to snorkel. I'm from Florida, so for my tastes, the sea was on the chilly side. But I still got in! lol I saw a smaller sea turtle at one of the spots. The catamaran was really nice too. Unfortunately I forgot to put sunscreen on my chest and shoulders, so I got burned to a crisp. Be prepared for that hot sun! The crew were absolutely fabulous.

Pelican Adventures morning champagne brunch and snorkel is designed for one thing - fun in the sun. This might be a good thing to most people but the focus was all on drinks, a bit of food to soak it up and the party. The snorkel was an excuse to cram way too many people on the boat and give you something to do while you sailed off the west coast of Aruba with 50 of your "friends" and competed for mooring spots with ten other tour companies. After a week on Bonaire with its laid back vibe and great snorkeling this trip was overall a let down. There were way too many people on the boat for snorkeling. If Pelican Adventures boat were the only one at each stop it might be okay but one time I counted 10 total boats tied up at the same snorkel stop, so 10 times an average of 30 people and you were snorkeling with around 300 people! The first snorkel stop was kind of interesting, the Antilla is a WWII era German ship scuttled by the crew to avoid capture by the Dutch navy and now a man-made reef. It was interesting but Pelican's mooring spot was near the stern of the boat in over 50 feet of water. Too deep to be good snorkeling. The bow was more accessible around 20 to 30 feet deep with some swimming but then you mixed in with other boat's guests. The second stop was mostly a sandy bottom with a few coral and the crew baby sit so much you couldn't really see much. And the third stop - who knows. We didn't even bother getting in the water as my greatest desire by that time was getting off the boat. The breakfast is sweet breads and the lunch is paella with a tiny amount of seafood and potato salad. The booze was flowing and they never said no to another cocktail. The crew was actually really good all things considered. Yes, they overly babysat us in my opinion; but as an experienced snorkeler with my own gear I didn't fit in with many on the trip who were less confident. They hustled and tried hard to embrace the party atmosphere. So, if you were on the cruise to drink and dance and have fun with a tiny bit of snorkeling thrown in you left happy. For my wife and me we wanted to snorkel first and snack and drink a far second and this wasn't a great fit. I gave 4 stars - rounded up from 3.5: 5 for the crew, 5 for the booze, 3 for the food and 1 for the snorkeling.

I had an excellent time on this excurion - Loved that the boat stopped for three different snorkeling locations. My favorite was the Antilla shipwreck, and the history they told us about it (Also my little turtle friend!) The crew was amazing, drinks and food delicious, I totally recommend this one!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first time snorkling! Even if you don’t want to snorkel, you can inflate your vest, jump in, and have a great time!

Great snorkeling experience with an engaging and professional crew. Great mix of snorkeling stops to see various fish, turtles, and a ship wreck, good food & drink options. The crew helped make the experience a memorable one.
