Wat Plai Laem

Visit this temple which is over 100 years old and Chinese Lady Monk (Jao Mae Kuan Imm), see the large Buddha statue placed in the middle of a pond full of fish. Enjoy both the beauty of the temple and understand more about the Buddhist religion and those people who come to attend meditation courses. Visitors can feed the fish by donation.

This tour is a MUST! There's a great selection of sights all around Koh Samui that you'll see on this tour, like the Big Buddha, Hin Ta Hin Yai, and the Chinese Temple. What (or rather, who) made this adventure truly amazing for me and my wife whoever was our tour guide, Nong. He was personable, professional, and funny, offering tons of local knowledge of the area, of Thailand's history, of the history of the island and the sites we were visiting, and his own life and personal experiences. He made fantastic conversation during longer stretches of car ride as well. He was the ideal guide to to help us get around the island, and always was willing to answer questions or take a picture or two. Could not recommend more - he made all the difference! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing day, Hart and Mr Kob made this experience so enjoyable. They were happy to adjust the itinerary so as not to repeat a spot that we had already visited. Kind thoughtful knowledgeable and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company and its wonderful staff. Delicious lunch over the water 10/10

I enjoyed my tour. Very good english communication and easy going, adaptable personality. I have a photography hobby so it was nice that I could take extra time for my snaps. I saw all of the great spots on the Eastern half of the island with guided information of each historical spot. Lunch was lovely spot, seaside, and delicious.

Guide was amazing and really gave us a local insight to all the sites we visited. There were many of the places we visited that we would not have appreciated without his commentary. We were given time guidelines but could have stayed longer in any place we wanted to. The guide was very flexible and so friendly too! We were really glad we chose to take the tour and highly recommend these guys.
