  We had a wonderful day cruise along the Amalfi coast. The boat was very comfortable and clean - perfect for our party of four. Nino and Pepe were great as our skippers and guides. Nino shared interesting stories about the history of the coast and was attentive to tailoring the day to our wishes. We chose to stop in Positano for lunch, which allowed us to visit this beautiful village, perched on the cliffside. I'd recommend this tour for a special treat, and as a great alternative to the busy coastal roads or crowded group tours by boat

  The best boat tour ever! It was the highlight of our trip, an unforgettable day! My husband and I decided to do a boat tour around the Amalfi coast - we checked plenty different companies but Restart Boat caught out attention as they had a lot of good reviews. It is very easy to book a tour with them. I went on their website - got their WhatsApp number and sent them a quote request - I got a reply straight away with the PDF files with the boats available - then once my husband and I selected da boat, we were informed about the price. The whole process was so smooth! No stress, and they replied to all messages so quickly! Once we paid (easy as well, they send you a link) - we got the booking confirmation and more details were to follow near the tour date. On the days before we got more details about the tour - they booked the pick up time (they picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off at our hotel). We were lucky that in October (13th Oct) the weather was amazing! Warm and sunny! We visited the whole Amalfi Coast - stopped to have lunch in a lovely restaurant between Amalfi and Positano (our skipper arranged it for us - and we even got a sea view). The food was amazing!!! We stopped 4 times to swim, we decided to don't stop in any cities as we had already visited them the past days and we actually wanted to enjoy the boat itself. That's the good thing about this tour- it's personalised to your wish. The boat we picked was the Sparviero 700 - there was a toilet and a small room - drinks and crips. Now...we had THE BEST skipper ever - Fabiano! What a fantastic person, friendly, kind, extremely helpful! Felt like we had known him for years, like a friend! He showed us all around the Amalfi coast - explained the history of every little corner! We learnt so much with him! He's such a good soul, and Restart Boat is so lucky to have him as part of their team! He made the experience so unforgettable that I'm sure my husband and I will never forget him, he left a mark in our lives. The staff are fantastic! Antonino, Chiara and Fabiano were just the best!!!! I can't thank them enough for making us have an unforgettable day! Experiences like this one makes you want to return to the Amalfi Coast.   Vincenzo made every moment of this private tour for our honeymoon absolutely incredible! From pointing out key sights, to recommending the best spots to hop off and swim, to dropping us off to explore amalfi (with an amazing lunch recco, to boot) the entire time was just perfect. I wish I could live on the boat cruising across the coastline. No photos will ever do seeing these sights with your own eyes justice. Thank you Vincenzo, you’re the best!!!

  We chartered a private boat for ourselves to have an experience just with our family. The beautiful scenery from sea, looking at Sorrento and the Amalfi coast was breathtaking. Antonio was such a nice man, and a great captain. He attended to our every need. He brought us to the blue grotto the green grotto and the white grotto. We went swimming, and just enjoyed the sites from the boat. I'll never forget this. It's a great experience to have with your family and friends. One will never forget. The water is so beautiful to swim in and we feel so grateful that Antonio was able to provide us with such an amazing experience. We highly recommend this company to charter a private boat for yourself or if that's not you thing go on a tour with friends. They were helpful friendly, and made you feel welcome. It was an easy process to book the boat and they corresponded with me quickly. Everything that a tourist needs when visiting a dream location away from home. Thanks so much for everything. Hope to see you again in the future. Ciao.

  We had an incredible day with our Skipper Viktor! I booked the Sparviero 25” boat for my boyfriend and I and it was the perfect size. Viktor asked what we’d like to see and tailored our itinerary from there. We stopped at a mini blue grotto that we could swim into on our way to Amalfi. Afterward Viktor got us a reservation for lunch at a restaurant only reachable by boat! Then, we went to Positano, snorkeled in a cove and sipped on champagne on our way back to Nerano, where we were staying. The staff was very easy to reach by email and phone and I was 100% satisfied with our experience—highly recommend!!

  The crew was fantastic. A young personable man was our guide. His English was barely better than my Italian and I speak ZERO Italian. But he did his best. They took us to a sea side restaurant that had ok food. But more importantly had deserts by Sal De Ross. We had a fantastic swim and a pleasant experience. The boat was well maintained and we all got some great tan time. Don’t forget to tip these young guys. I advise at least $100 euro’s each. The provided champagne with toasting was a nice unexpected touch. Ching Ching and look em in the eye!

  My husband and I booked a private boat tour from Sorrento to Capri. We were accompanied to the port of Sorrento by the very nice Raffaele and were greeted pleasantly by the ship's staff. The hostess immediately put us at ease. During the trip, he illustrated all the characteristic points of the Sorrento peninsula. We were offered skates, water, coke, beer and, once we arrived in Capri, under the Faraglioni, we toasted with prosecco. Unique experience. Arrived in Capri, we toured the island. We were amazed by the beauty of the waters and coves. Our skipper, Nello, recommended us a great restaurant by the sea, so you don't have to pay the landing fee on Capri. The restaurant provided a Service from their quay in Marina Grande, so it was also possible to visit the city. We recommend all friends of Trip Advisor to choose RESTART BOAT because they are unique and professional, they make you feel pampered like home!!!

  Fantastic day, if you can do anything whilst in Sorrento then book this private trip. I know it’s not cheap but it is really good value for money. Our skipper Theodoro was brilliant, he took us to little bays where we could swim and even took us to a restaurant that was only accessible by boat. The whole experience was fantastic. Thank you restart team for such a memorable day.
