What To Expect
Our goal is to teach people the right way of tasting wines and most importantly how to match wines to food. The Tahitian tasting is 100% local wines, rums, and food. We are happy to share with you the best Polynesian products and how to match them together! People in general are often surprised about the fact that wine can sublimate food and food can sublimate wine if you understand the basics of wine pairing and it's amazing! We have a great opportunity to be hosted by the restaurant Saint-James which is one of the best restaurants in Bora Bora with the best wine cellar as well. There is an option to stay at the restaurant to have dinner there. We are always happy to give our best advice about the selection of wine for the dinner.

5.00We met Alan during a wine tasting event at our resort and arranged for a private rum tasting the next day. Alan was incredible - entertaining, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rum was delicious and he thoughtfully worked with our resort on a well paired tasting. We learned a ton and had a great time. Everyone in our group agreed it was a highlight of our trip to Bora Bora!
