These courses are designed to offer a user-friendly, personalized experience. These are real moments of sharing and exchange. I show them that baking is an art accessible to everyone.
I teach different baking techniques, and I give a lot of tips. Pastry is a passion and the joy of passing on to others is above all a lot of fun. Courses are given in French and can also be given in English.

What To Expect
During the course, travelers will have the pleasure of learning how to make French-style pastries by following my techniques, advice and tips. They will make pastries like real pastry chefs. The workshops take place either in the morning from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Either in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

5.00My only regret is that I only have 5 stars to give for this tour! I can't say enough about Justine and her pastry class! She had sent me an email before my trip, welcoming me and giving me choices of what we could make the day of my tour. They all sounded so good - I told her to surprise me! We arrived at her beautiful apartment and got to sit in her sunny garden sipping tea and eating little cookies she had made while she did some final preparations. Then we got to work! We made cream puffs and had a blast! Justine is warm and charming and the end result was like heaven on a plate! I love the fact that it's a private class and you are the only ones there so it's way more personal. She also prints out the recipe (complete with photos) so you can recreate what you made in France once you get home. A truly memorable experience!

5.00My sister and I took Justine’s class and made the most delicious macarons (chocolate ganache and lemon curd)! She was warm, inviting, and patient teaching us the art of making perfect fillings, properly whipped Italian Meringue, and matching sized cookies with just the right amount of chew. A wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

5.00This cooking class opened my eyes to the subtleties of French pastry technique. We made macarons, which I usually do not go for, but now that we’ve made them ourselves, I love them! Justine opened her home to us and was extremely helpful and accommodating of our tight schedule. We started with a spot of tea and biscuits, and then got right into the baking. The two-hour class was fun and engaging. Afterwards, Justine sent us the recipes digitally, so that we can always make macarons at home.
