Head to the south of the island of Zanzibar, where the Jozani Forest awaits you. Take a 2 hours guided tour through its stunning scenery, experiencing the wonder and delight of your natural surroundings. The forest is home to a number of endemic species, including the Zanzibar red colobus monkey. The mangrove boardwalk takes you above the swamp, where, depending on the tide, you can see Indian Ocean tropical fish flitting between the mangrove roots and crabs scuttling across the mud.
You will also see the beautiful beach and visit The Rock Restaurant.

What To Expect
Jozani
At Jozani, the traveler must see the red colubus monkey that is found only in Zanzibar, mahogany plants, and mangroves after that go to paje beach, and finally rock restaurants.
Will visit The Rock Restaurant and you can eat at your own expenses, the traveller has free time to take pictures or eating/ drinking, but once the traveller will be interested to eat or drink at the rock restaurant we will recommend to made a reservation for the table by them self for the lunch that start 14:00pm if there is availability if not the traveller can decide to book at anytime where there is availability for the table. But we are recommended for the traveller to book the table at 14:00pm. The traveller can visit the the rock restaurant website and book direct via website.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with James as our private tour guide. He was friendly, attentive, and patient, always taking his time to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our trip. He took us to Jozani where we had enough time with a seperate tour guide to discover Jozani rainforest and mangroves. Afterwards James went above and beyond to show us some great local restaurants and even took us to beautiful Paje Beach. We were very, very satisfied with both his service and the private transfer. We can wholeheartedly recommend James to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely kind guide.

5.00Ismail was an amazing host and tour guide. Enjoyed the Jozani Forest and Mangroves visit where he went out of his way to ensure that we get up close with the Red Colobus Monkeys by locating 3 different groups. Rock restaurant visit at Pingwe Beach was a perfect visit as the tide was on point during our visit. Excellent recommendations at Paje beach as well. Highly recommend Ismail for all activities in Zanzibar!!

5.00We planned to do this trip for my birthday and what a fantastic day it was! Our driver was so attentive and informative. He made me feel so special by playing happy birthday in the car and arranged a surprise at the beach bar. The forest tour was brilliant, and we appreciated the good advice by the tour guide. He is a very knowledgeable guy who seems very passionate about his job and helping to save the monkeys and the forest. The mangroves tour was fab too. Next was paje Beach, which is just wow!! It is a wonderful place to chill. Lots of entertainment, too. Including a contortionist! Then The Rock. Off another white sand beach, service, food, and drink fabulous. Make sure you book though as it's so popular. Well worth a visit. All in all, I can't thank you enough for this tour, it was everything we wanted and more!

5.00I wholeheartedly recommend Ismail, he is a great tour guide! You can count on him to the maximum, he is accurate, always available and intelligent. He was extremely knowledgeable, and the trip with him was an experience! We received satisfactory answers to all our questions. I would like you to learn how to solve the Rubik's cube!!!
