Chau was very friendly and caring tour guide. She explained the details and also as I had knee problem she helped me very time to climb the stairs and also took care of my belongings. She also helped us dress up in traditional Mangolian and flower Hmong. We had an enriching experience.

The main issue we had was the weather. Sapa in the rain is zero visibility. We loved the waterfalls and were very glad we got to see them Had the weather been better I’m sure this is a lovely trip

The trip was absolutely amazing. We truly loved the beautiful views and the places we visited — everything was well organized and comfortable. We would especially like to appreciate Linh. She is wonderful, kind, and very professional. She helped us understand everything clearly, was always smiling, and made us feel happy and relaxed throughout the day. We had a delightful and fulfilling experience with our guide, Ninh. We began our days at the Glass Bridge, and Ninh thoughtfully adjusted the itinerary based on the time we wished to spend at each destination. She consistently ensured that we were enjoying the scenery, appreciating the culture, food, and local people.

This was truly a FULL DAY tour. Perhaps we did a bit too much, I felt like we were being quickly shuffled from place to place. With that said, the tour guide, Sisi, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the region. We greatly enjoyed Sisi’s company and stories. Our favorite part was learning about the different minorities and cultures in Sapa.
