This was one of our best experiances when we went on our Alaskian Cruise. We had such an amazing hike to the alpine hut. Laura was very knowledgable and had an answer for everything question we had along the way. Truly a great experiance. Thank you Laura.

We had an excellent time hiking with Laura on the Beaver Lake/Herring Cove Trail. We arrived on the Norwegian Bliss and had time to take the shuttle downtown and walk through the Sitka National Historic Park before Laura picked us up there. It was a short drive to the trailhead at Blue Lake Campground, and we stopped for a minute on the way to look down at the Fortress of the Bear from the road. Our total hiking time was just over 2 hours through the misty forest and Laura had trekking poles, water, and snacks for us. She dropped us off at our cruise terminal when we were ready to go. Overall it was a very enjoyable and convenient way to take the hike we wanted instead of doing a group hike offered by the cruise.
