What To Expect

Our goal is to teach people the right way of tasting wines and most importantly how to match wines to food . We propose different levels of tastings and also different types of wines and liquors accompanied with delightful appetizers to give your taste buds a treat. People in general are often surprised about the fact that wine can sublimate food and food can sublimate wine if you understand the basics of wine pairing and it's amazing ! We have a great opportunity to be hosted by the restaurant Saint-James which is one of the best restaurants in Bora Bora with the best wine cellar as well . There is an option to stay at the restaurant to have dinner there . I am always happy to give my best advice about the selection of the wine for the dinner .

The private wine tasting we did with Alan was one of the highlights of our entire honeymoon. We told Alan this and we meant it when we told him it was the best wine tasting we have ever done. He was very intentional and thorough throughout the tasting and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed teaching us about the wines. 10/10!

My Wife and I participated in the introduction to wine tasting with Alan and were extremely happy with our experience. The service, the knowledge of the wines and the presentation was incredible. We had a great time learning about the wines but also had just as great a time interacting with Alan and getting to learn more about the area and just conversing with him about different topics. 10/10, would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys wine and a good time.

The intro to wine tasting course Allan offers was a wonderful addition to our honeymoon itinerary. We has initially scheduled a group class but since others did not sign up on our selected date, Allan took the liberty of arranging a one on one course for me and my husband, and offered it right on the terrace of our bungalow! Four different wines were offered and we learned some new and interesting tips for exactly how to tasted wines and pair them with food. He brought along tapas from the St. James restaurant to pair with the wines and those were delicious as well. I would recommend Allan's course to anyone who is interested in learning about wine tasting while having a great time!

Allan took us through a fantastic wine private wine tasting that was both informative and fun. His knowledge of French wines is immense and helped for both my wife and I to learn more about the country's wines. The private tasting took us on an amazing journey through both reds & whites paired with delicious little bites. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Bora Bora and looking to do something unique outside of the typical snorkeling and scuba. Thank you Allan, this was the highlight of our trip!!
