5.00We booked this private boat tour hoping to visit Phaselis Bay and skip Lower Düden Waterfall, so I was a bit worried when I saw a one-star review saying they didn’t visit the spots listed. When confirming a few days before, we were told the itinerary was to places “like” Phaselis Bay, which felt misleading. After some back-and-forth, they thankfully accommodated us by arranging a car transfer to Kemer (about an hour from Antalya) so we could get the experience we wanted. Once on the boat, we had a great experience. The captain and crew were fantastic, the water was perfect, and we got to watch the sunset as we returned to the pier. A photographer onboard took beautiful photos available for purchase (additional per person cost), and the included lunch and non-alcoholic drinks were great. We also bought a couple of bottles of wine to enjoy on deck. Despite the bumps in communication beforehand, the experience itself was unforgettable. I’d still recommend it — just be very clear about your desired route before booking.

1.00The advert states customised and lists places you can go. I asked prior to booing if certain places could be visited as listed and I was given a yes so booked. I asked 3 times via whatsapp and each time I was given a yes. What we actually got was a trip to one of the sights, snorkelling where there was no fish and expected to stay in that spot for 2 hrs before going back! A lot of money for something not agreed to. No refund is being offered even though I have evidence of what was agreed
