After your pickup in the morning, around 09:00 am from your hotel in Kalabaka or Kastraki enjoy a comprehensive Meteora tour for about 6 hrs, seeing all the area of Meteora. Enjoy the visit to the Holy Monasteries You will be transported with comfort and safety, by our brand new, luxurious, minibus or car, towards the cliff-top monasteries. Our English-speaking tour leader will be with you to give you all the information you need about the area, share with you a vast amount of knowledge, and help you to visualize why and how the first monks managed to establish one of the biggest monastic communities in Greece on top of these unique rocks. 5.00Great tour with a great guide Christos. He asked what we were interested in and tailored the experience to our interests. He was very courteous and helpful. My daughter uses a wheelchair and he had great tips and suggestions for getting around.

5.00Absolutely fantastic trip! Would highly recommend this to anyone, but it was especially nice for our large family. We enjoyed learning about the history of the area and the monasteries and we had a great visit to several of the monasteries. Didn’t have to worry about parking. Highly recommended!

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Nancy from Meteora Thrones as our tour guide. Her knowledge and efficiency allowed us to go inside 4 of the 6 monasteries during our tour. We also were able to stop at several great spots along the way for pictures. The minivan was extremely comfortable and more than accommodated our private party of four. We ended our tour with a delightful and delicious lunch in Kalambaka. We highly recommend this tour option and strongly suggest that you request Nancy as your guide.
