Spent the day on a private tour of Petrólopolis, learning more about Brazil's history and culture. Our guide, Flavio, was an excellent host and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend taking a part of a day to go on this tour!

Such an amazing tour and guide!! my son and l love this tour so much, better than Rio.. the place is old world,quaint and you can stroll around safely.. the old houses are grand.. and we have the best knowledgeable guide Favio.. l highly recommend him even for Rio tour..

Very nice trip Petropolis beautiful, city I loved. Christine guide very professional, friendly and taught us the History of Petropolis and its beautiful museum, excellent food. I have been to several tours in Brazil and this was the best. I am from Chile and recommend it.

Our day trip from Rio to Petropolis was simply amazing! Our guide, Flavio, was prompt, courteous, and very friendly and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of information about day-to-day life, as well as interesting history about the places we visited. We saw some truly breathtaking places and stored wonderful pictures and memories. We highly recommend this experience!

It was great to see more than just Rio. To see the mountainous area of Petrópolis was a great accompaniment to our Rio tour. Great view into the history of colonialism in Brazil. Our guide was great to talk to and shared so much with us.

A brilliant day with Flavio in Petropolis, he was brilliant at answering my questions and brought the various sites we visited to life including seeing the first ever telephone in Brazil! I had never heard of Santos Dumont before my trip and now I am a fan, I won't spoil the surprise but visiting his house was a real treat on the trip. Thank you for a brilliant day and it was definitely worth making the trip from Rio de Janeiro to see a different side to Brazil.
