1.00After booking, I received an email confirmation which did not state a time for the activity (which was referred to as a ‘lesson’, which is NOT what I booked!), I sent a reply which was not replied to, forcing me to find the shop and get a response. On the day of the activity, my husband and myself had picked up a debilitating bug which forced us to cancel. Another email was sent advising him of this, which he obviously didn’t read again as we received a very stroppy phone call asking us where we were!

5.00Great and very friendly instructor! Pickoff and drop off from Byron so super easy and comfortable! Fun lesson and tour in the lake and the beach! Beautiful location! Definitely recommended!
