Great communications at all. Remember to save the What’s App number and keep them updated on your arrivals progress with luggage etc. Driver was waiting for us at the agreed place with a board with our name. Prebooked pick-up is much recommended as taxi scamming is a big issue at Santiago Airport. British Gov. warnings as well tannoy announcements in Santiago arrivals.

Hector is a very good communicator and was on top of things when we planned our journey. However, he was over an hour late for our pickup at the airport and we had to cancel our day tour to Vaparaiso with him the next day because he never showed up and could not be reached. He eventually got back to us over 45 minutes late, but we had already reserved a different guide. We lost a full morning of our journey which was a real bummer with only 24 hours to visit Santiago. I do appreciate that he gave me a full refund for our planned tour and subsequent airport transfers (and even offered to do the transfer for free!), but because of his lack of reliability, we decided to have the hotel arrange for our transfer back to the airport for our next leg of our journey. I'm sure he's a wonderful guide, but if you are pressed for time, you may want to choose a more reliable service.

Hector was a wonderful guide. He customized his tour to what I actually wanted to see instead of a scripted tour is very knowledgeable about the history of Chile, especially the history, politics and arts. I only have one day and Santiago so it was important that I had a great guide. I feel Hector Did a wonderful job.
