The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
You will receive all the essential details (driver's name, contact and car plate number) one night before the trip via email.
If you are traveling with a child under the age of 4, please inform us in advance. According to Taiwan law, children under the age of 4 must use a child safety seat while riding in a vehicle. We provide child safety seat rental services, and the rental fee (NT$300 each) can be paid directly in cash to the driver. If no child safety seat is provided, the driver will refuse to provide the service on-site, and in such cases, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
Free waiting time is 90 minutes after arrival. Extra waiting fee at NT$300 per 30 minutes.

5.00Easy to find my name on the sign at the arrivals terminal. It was just a few minutes wait before my car was at the curb. Driver got me safely to my hotel. Would recommend. Just an FYI: this is about the same price as requesting an Uber from the airport and much more convenient.
