5.00Juan Carlos again did a great job of getting us from Valparaiso to Santiago. He was also helpful in helping us find the best way to get to and from the airport from our hotel. The fog was very very thick when we left Valparaiso and he did a great job navigating through it safely even the the visibility was extremely poor. I would be happy to get long distance transportation from him anytime.

5.00Our driver Juan Carlos was not only a great driver with an immaculate car, but a really lovely young man. He pointed out points of interest along the way and gave us lots of information about Santiago. He played some great music - hard not to sing along! It was a great introduction to Santiago, the last stop of our South American adventures.

5.00J Carlos, the driver, was on time at the cruise terminal as arranged in advance. He was a great driver and shared with us information about Chile and Santiago along the way. As it was our first visit to Santiago he was kind enough to share links for places to see and restaurants. We followed his advice for a restaurant and had a great meal. The service was great and we appreciated all the information and assistance.

1.00We (six seniors, two of whom were handicapped, plus luggage) had a confirmed pickup at the Valparaiso Cruise Terminal at 9:00 am. MTO emailed their confirmation, providing a number to call if there was a problem. We waited 1-1/2 hours; they never showed. I left phone and WhatsApp messages; they never called back and the driver never called. We had to arrange other transportation. Then almost three hours after our confirmed pickup time, their driver texted to say he just arrived at the terminal and was waiting for us. Never again, MTO Tours!

1.00The driver never showed up. We had to pay a taxi to drive us to Santiago. I definitely expect a full refund from Viator. This was the second time in this trip where Viator’s driver did not show up, I will NEVER use this company again.

5.00Ship was 7 hours late getting in to Valparaiso but Felipe waited patiently and took us to our hotel in Santiago. Car was clean and air conditioned which was apprehended on a hot Chilean day. He was much quicker and didn’t cost as much as the cruise line bud.
