5.00Our driver, Ahmed, was waiting right at the exit with a clear sign showing our name no stressful searching in the crowd like with shared shuttles. He was extremely friendly, professionally dressed, and helped with all our luggage instantly. The vehicle was a spotless, air conditioned Toyota van 2025 model with plenty of space for our family of 4 plus suitcases. Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi in the car were a lovely bonus after a long flight the kids were thrilled. The drive to Makadi Bay took exactly 30 minutes. Ahmed drove safely and smoothly, pointed out a few landmarks along the way, and even gave us great local tips for restaurants and excursions. Dropped us right at the hotel entrance with a smile. Booking was super easy online, instant confirmation, and the price was very reasonable for a private transfer (much better value than the overpriced hotel shuttles. Recommended
