What To Expect
After booking our one way private transfer, we will contact you to request your flight details and the full name of the group leader (or family name). This information helps us prepare a welcome sign so you can easily identify your driver at the airport. On the day of travel, your driver will be waiting at the airport arrival area or your hotel reception, depending on the direction of the transfer. The vehicle will be assigned based on the size of your group. All vehicles are white with official white license plates, authorized for tourism in Colombia. We monitor flight arrivals to adjust in case of delays, and we’re always available by WhatsApp for coordination.
