2.00We were not initially given any direction as to where to go to get the ride. When we did we were then told to go elsewhere which after a 28hr flight and two large cases was a walk too far. Immediately the driver pulled out stating personal issues. We then had to wait for another ride which turned out to be Uber anyway.

My one suggestion would be that, after a change in plans, that the change would be reflected somewhere in writing, be it a text, email, or an update on the ticket. I had to make a change but was worried that it hadn’t actually been made.
