5.00Easy to connect. Works like Uber as far as meeting your driver at the curb. Lots of traffic, but Alexander handled like a pro without creating any stress for us. Car was air conditioned which was great since it was summer there. Were there to take a cruise, so the transfer was super easy. HIGHLY recommend

5.00This company was great with communication well in advance of our trip to see what specific time we wanted to be picked up at the hotel and then followed up a few days prior to the day of pick-up to confirm, and to find out what luggage we had. Our driver, Claudia, went above and beyond!! When my husband mistakenly handed her a $380 tip....we contacted the company and she returned immediately to the airport to give the money back. Everyone we delt with in the company was amazing and great with communication!!
