5.00Daniel was an awesome tour guide. He was very attentive and well versed in the history of the Panama Canal as well as the history of Panama. We saw things that we would not have known existed should we have gone on our own. I highly recommend the tour.

5.00I could not be happier with my tour and escort Daniel Guzman. He asked questions to see where our interests were and then made out to fit both our interests and time limitations. He is interesting and knowledgeable… he answered all our questions and had a wealth of information. He spoke flawless English and made us feel very welcome in Panama Excellent!
Horrible tour of Panama City

1.00I have used Viator in many cities to great results but this was horrible. Car was filthy and had an empty beer can in back seat. Driver had limited knowledge except an unbalanced emphasis on what happened during the death of the Martyrs (whom he called heroes) and made it sound like students were shot for carrying a flag…. Far more complicated. He returned to that subject 5 times and no tour of beautiful old city or impact of Panama as part of Colombia till start of 30th century. It was bad. Overpriced and bad. And then Viator refused a refund.
Exceptional guide, not truly a "luxury" vehicle.

4.00Driver, Erick, was exceptional and did a phenomenal job. However, there was no "luxury" component to the vehicle we were picked up in. It was a Hyundai mini van. A vehicle any tour company would offer at likely a non-luxury vehicle tour price. Erick did a phenomenal job explaining, giving us a tour and was very personable. We enjoyed the tour component!

4.00Adolf, our guide, was very knowledgeable but did struggle with knowing enough English to communicate clearly. The car was NOT luxury and was very tight for the four of us and sometimes the actual did not work. Having said that it was still very good because of his knowledge, timing and experience.
