Your Tour Guide will text you ~30-60min prior to your scheduled tour time to provide their name, and a description of the vehicle they will arrive in for your tour. Guides will use the phone number provided at checkout to contact you on the day of travel. Travelers should plan to be ready to meet their guides at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled tour time.
Tour operator is able to pick up travelers from any location within a defined area in Washington DC (National Mall/Downtown area) or Arlington, VA. Please provide your hotel or other preferred pick-up location during checkout. NOTE: If your preferred location falls outside of this radius we may not be able to accommodate you. If you have any question on if your location falls within this radius please contact us immediately to confirm.

5.00First time in DC, had a day, had to make the best of it. Continental City Tours (CCT) delivered and thanks to driver/guide, Nick. My wife, daughter, and I were on a road from Ohio to Virginia, staying briefly in Fredericksburg. I scheduled a half day tour for the afternoon. This way I could take the train in the morning and check out a few Smithsonian museums and the National Gallery on my own. Easy to do and free. The reviews were super for CCT. They made it easy, communicated well, picked me right up out front of the National Gallery. My wife and daughter decided to stay back to rest up. Probably a good idea, I was raring to see as much as I could. Nick asked what I'd like to see. I hit the major sights and monuments. He'd advise, educate, entertain and drop me off when and where with how much time I needed. Rode in AC, comfortable style on a hot day with cool water available. Lot of fun, I chose to walk Arlington Cemetery, a good workout/climb and quite moving with all the history and changing of the guard. Lincoln Memorial was busy, people sitting on steps or climbing up; Thomas Jefferson more serene. Nick was always ready for pickup and pointing out unique things and oddities, very personable. He dropped me off at pretty Union Station, Super day, flew by, enjoyed Nick's tour very much, back to Fredericksburg by 8, full DC day, lots of pics and stories to share with family. Need to visit again, and I'll be using them!
