Wrexham Lager is a national institution Not just for Wales but for the whole of Great Britain. The idea of two German immigrants, this light refreshing lager is the oldest in the UK. Produced in Wrexham since 1882 this lager was exported across the British Empire and even served aboard the infamous Titanic. 5.00I can’t say enough good things about this tour. Bryan is an exceptional guide with a deep knowledge of both the area and Wrexham AFC, and he delivers it in a way that is engaging, effortless, and genuinely fun. The tour strikes a perfect balance between exploring the town, meeting locals, and learning what makes Wrexham so special. Bryan shared fantastic anecdotes, historical context, and plenty of humor, so much so that the day flew by. It truly felt like being shown around by an old friend rather than being led on a scripted tour. I especially loved seeing so many locations featured in the docuseries and meeting several of the central figures highlighted on the show. If you have the opportunity to do this tour, don’t hesitate. You will not be disappointed. We spent a great deal of time at The Turf, enjoying Wrexham Lager and soaking up the match-day atmosphere like locals. We attended the Wrexham vs. Leicester City match and even returned afterward for a few more pints with Bryan before catching our train back to the hotel. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

5.00We had a fantastic time exploring wonderful Wrexham today. Bryan is THE BEST guide, he has so much in depth historical knowledge about Wrexham AFC and the city itself, and very funny anecdotes. He is extremely accommodating and introduced us to many local characters who were all so warm and inviting. We were even treated to an impromptu performance by the organist at St Giles’ Church. Thanks so much Bryan, we highly recommend your tour, not just for fans of Welcome to Wrexham but for anyone interested in getting a good understanding of the people and history of this great city.

5.00Absolutely loved our time in Wrexham thanks to Bryan! From the moment we met him, he made us feel like old friends. He’s a true local — warm, funny, endlessly knowledgeable, and seems to know everyone in town. Bryan was super flexible and communicative, always making sure we were having the best possible experience. His stories and history tidbits brought Wrexham to life in such a special way. We ended up sharing a very memorable night at The Turf — such a highlight! Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He truly went above and beyond. I don’t want to spoil any of his surprises but don’t hesitate to book a tour with him and have the best possible authentic Wrexham experience. Appreciated meeting some of the characters from welcome to wrexham and see Brian’s connection with them. Had a blast and hope next time we are at Wrexham to hang out with Brian.

5.00Bryan Still is a fantastic guide! His in-depth knowledge of everything Wrexham was great. The history of the town, the murals & monuments, meandering thru the streets and chatting with locals was fantastic. He also has a great history of everything related to the Red Dragons! Plus, he took the group out to the aqueduct and the miner’s memorial as well as a very nice ride thru the north Wales countryside. Definitely book this tour, it’s worth every minute & every penny! Even after the tour he hung out with us and spent time in The Turf after the game and then went to dinner. We feel like we have a friend in Wrexham now ❤️
