We had a fantastic experience at the Tree to Bar Tour. Nathan was an engaging and friendly guide who answered all our questions and kept it interesting and entertaining. The rainforest is beautiful and they think of everything to keep you comfortable and happy (umbrellas, bottled waters, cool towels). Moving the chocolate making experience, you stop at the Bar to sample one of the cacao drinks, which was delicious, as were the cocktails we ordered as well. On to the chocolate making experience - Marina was our host and she was phenomenal as well, it was lots of fun but also hard work! Learned so much about the history of chocolate on St Lucia and in the Caribbean and about the chocolate making history as well. Lunch was delicious, you go eat while your chocolate bars are settling, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this experience!

We had a fun a unique experience! From walking in a coco tree “forest” to making a chocolate bar in the Caribbean is just a unique thing to do. The tour guide shared so much about the coco grafting and growing and chocolate making process! The chocolate making guide was fun and funny and stirred the energy of the group so well. They gave us lunch and was so good. Loved it! We had fun.

My husband, two Sons and I had a lovely time at Hotel Chocolat learning about how to make chocolate. Our tour guide was very informative as he walked us through the rainforest. We got to taste chocolate tea. The boys loved making chocolate. Afterwards we had a nice lunch. Overall it was a very fun experience.
