5.00We had a brilliant trip with Dimitri and Andrei, on The Psiloritis Mountain trails - Agia Irini monastery - the Sfandoni cave - Anogeia Village with a great lunch and a drive through the mountains with the most stunning views! A trip we won’t forget in a hurry!

5.00Had a fantastic day with our very experienced driver/guide André. Knew a lot to tell about the area, nature and also gave the tour of the Sfendoni cave itself so we did not have to go into the cave in a large group but actually got a private tour. Enjoyed a delicious lunch in a taverna in Anogia. After lunch a tour with great views and beautiful photo opportunities.

5.00Would highly recommend this tour, George was our tour guide, very friendly and also very knowledgeable in Greek history, was lovely to see the traditional Cretan way of life. Had a lovely lunch in one of the mountain villages. Also got to see the cave which was fascinating. Was also a great way to travel in the 4x4. Duration of the tour is approximately 8 hours which was an ideal lenght! Thank you George for a great day out!

5.00Our guide Manos was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, sharing many stories about the region both from history and his own experience of living here. He has a deep appreciation for nature, as do we, and went above and beyond to share that appreciation with us. He stopped several times to teach us about the native plants, took us to a local taverna for coffee with the locals, and helped us see the real Crete outside of the tourist centers. We were the only people inside the cave which really enhanced the experience. When we stopped for lunch, the village was preparing for a wedding and we were given the traditional Gamokoulouro, a special bread made for weddings. We were also given some of the lamb being prepared. The food was amazing and we ate until we couldn’t take another bite. Manos was awesome with our 10 year old and made the trip so special. He wasn’t worried about timing, but more in making the experience the best it could be. In our son’s words “if there was a 10 star option, I’d do 15!” Thank you Manos!
