5.00It was easy to communicate with Mario ahead of the trip. He accommodated our request to switch up one of the stops in the tour. The tour was very interesting and Mario took the time to explain and answer questions. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Ouerto Plata. We were a group of adults including seniors.

5.00Our tour guide was Victor and he did an outstanding job leading us on our tour. As a local, he was extremely knowledgeable, sharing the history and culture of the island and city. We asked lots of questions which he graciously answered. Our tour of 3 1/2 hours was packed with information that really gave us an education and understanding of the locals and their culture. We would highly recommend this tour and especially one led by Victor. He was super attentive and extremely professional!

5.00My family and I had the most amazing time in Puerto Plata. Mario took us on 3 amazing tours. He was professional, friendly and caring. He made sure we were always safe. Will definitely do tours with him again!!! Kids went cliff diving. We went zipline and snorkeled on a beautiful island. Recommend Highly!!!

5.00We recently spent two weeks in Puerto Plata and had an absolute blast! MSToursPOP not only provided comfortable, air-conditioned transportation (both to/from the airport and on multiple excursions), but they made the experience memorable with some great experiences. Out tour guide, Mario, took us to some of the most amazing places on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Among our favorites were Monkey Land, the Damajagua Waterfalls, Cayo Arena sandbar and the Puerto Plata city tour. Our teens and young adults really had fun doing the activities but there were plenty of things for some of us older folks to enjoy while they hiked, zipped and snorkeled. Everything was paced perfectly and the MSToursPOP team was organized, punctual and accommodating. They handled all the logistics and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do during the trip, making the vacation fun and hassle-free. We had an absolute blast and I would highly recommend them for anyone who is planning a trip to the Puerto Plata area!

5.00The company did not get my special requests from Viator, which was frustrating. And Viator was very unhelpful customer service. The tour operator didn't give any directions on where to meet and were really hard to find. The tour guide was very accommodating, though, and I would highly recommend Victor again. They just need better communications.

5.00Victor was an amazing tour guide! He showed our family of 3 all around his beautiful city of Puerto Plata. He took us everywhere! Some of our adventures were: rum tour and tasting at Macorix, learning about amber mining and fossils, chocolate tour and tasting, city tourist photo sites, a Cathedral, Independence Square, a headphones tour of a fort, a beautiful overlook of the city, swimming at the beach.... He loves his city and was able to show it to us. He was even ready to keep going, but our daughter was getting tired, so we decided to head back to the ship after a wonderful 5 hour tour! We would recommend him to anyone! He was educating us on the local politics and the elections that were being held. The billboards were everywhere, so he asked him about the politics in his country. We asked about taxes, and immigration. We covered a lot of topics and learned so much from him.
