Once-in-a-lifetime experience that you should have.
Imagine visiting a natural mangrove reserve with great diversity of birds, learning in a camp how we protect the turtles and ending by observing the baby turtles starting their life and path to the ocean with a beautiful sunset.
-You will meet your guide and they will start walking towards the turtle camp
We will observe the animals that live in the estuary.
-You will receive an environmental education talk where you will learn the work that is done to protect the turtles
-You will visit nest incubation areas.
-We will watch as the young start their way to the ocean from the beach

Not only was this excursion educational, but getting to see baby sea turtles up close is a once in a lifetime opportunity. The staff is knowledgeable, positive, and great to be around. 5.00This is a must do Excursión which is as good as it sounds. It's educational, conservationist, and an all around outstanding experience for adults and children alike. Eduardo and Eduardo were our guides and are biologist educators who live at the turtle camp almost year round. Their 50 min lecture had everyone's attention the entire time. Don't miss out.

5.00We found the presentation before the release to be very interesting and informative. Ours was cut a little short due to a turtle laying eggs- we were able to witness the incubation process by the crew. It was a once in a lifetime experience, definitely recommend!
