  We never got to take our hummer tour as it was cancelled and we were not informed until we called the provider (after waiting at the meet-up location for 45 minutes) who said their hummer had been damaged in an accident.

  Horrible. Got cancelled with no explanation No call back what so ever. No phone call back Left several messages no replies

  Whatever you do avoid using this outfit as a reputable operator. We were told via text that the equipment had a mechanical issue and that they were going to change our tour using a smaller enclosed vehicle. We agreed to the change. On the day of the scheduled excursion, we waited at the pick up point and no one showed up. We tried to contact the operator via text, phone, email with no response. After contacting Viator, we were told that the excursion had been cancelled but they never bothered to tell us if this change. They had contacted me all week confirming the scheduled pickup but on the day when we were supposed to be picked up, there claim was they could not contact me as they had to contact information. Total BS! After two hours of waiting, I received a text telling me that our excursion had been cancelled. This place is a total scam!

  Cory was our guide and did a great job! It was exhilarating and the views were amazing!!! Absolutely worth every minute!!

  If you are looking for a moonlight experience that will provide you with knowledge of Zion National Park, don’t take this tour. If you are looking to climb rocks, get filthy dirty, and not care about the sights and what you are looking at…..then this tour is for you. Our driver was young and a bit reckless and had no knowledge of the park. It said we would get water and snacks, but our driver lost the water as soon as we pulled out of the driveway and had no snacks. The little step stool also fell off, with the water. Our driver found it funny and we had to share what little water he had. It was not at all what we expected. Know what you are getting before you book.
