    Fabio was our tour guide. He has communicated with us numerous times prior to meeting. He reminded us to purchased skip the line tickets at Chris the Redeemer. He advised us to buy Fast Pass at Sugar Loaf. That saved us hours of standing in line. We were able to tour 3 more sites + enjoying a delicious lunch.
