It is required when only one passenger has booked their trip at least 24 hours in advance. Schedules made with less than 24 hours may be relocated.

This flight depends on minimum loading. Subject to remarketing/cancellation

We ask for the kindness of people over 120 kg to contact us to evaluate the flight conditions and to verify the possibility of using a larger aircraft.

The seat will be chosen by draw between three or four passengers.

For Flights with 4 passengers, one of the seats is in the middle. The seat allocation can be done by draw, and there is the possibility of a passenger sitting in the middle seat.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

    I purchase a ticket to flight around Christ the Redeemer with Helicopter Co on January 8, 2026 for my birthday Feb 13th. I messaged them and asked them what time would the helicopter flight be. They responded and stated 4pm I can arrive at 3:30. I responded ok. The morning of the flight I was traveling and received a message that the flight time was for 3:00. I told them that wasn’t the time they originally told me. I told them I wouldn’t be able to make it because I had to check into my Airbnb. They told me since I couldn’t make it they would have to cancel. So instead of checking into my Airbnb I went straight to Helicopter Rio. I have all my bags with me carrying down the entire Helicopter Rio. I get there and I had the worst experience ever. They made me ride in the back of the go cart. Both to and from the helicopter, as if I wasn't allowed to seat with the rest of the riders. When I tried to get on the helicopter, after being signaled over, they let everyone else board before me. I had to cross over a woman to get in my seat. I sat in the middle of the helicopter. The other riders closed all the windows, it was hot. They leaned all in front of the window so my videos and pictures are mostly of random people, instead of the scenery. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I told the manager about my experience and she said she couldn’t do anything about. So I'm just here to tell you wheat happened to me on my birthday They made me feel less than, not even human.

    The best experience I’ve ever had when travelling. Our first flight was cancelled due to the weather but we flew the next day. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. The pilot was the best. Smooth flight and superb fun experience!

    Overall solid experience via helicopter. Don't opt for the footage since they don't give you a physical copy. If you are new to helicopters, a closed door is best. If you are a thrill seeker, opt for the open door for the best experience. The location is deep into the Barra area, away from the hotel zone. Add 30-45 minutes for travel time. Earlier in the day is better, and head to Leblon for food.
