Sandy Toes is home to a sanctuary of protected wildlife including our Royal Peacocks, curly tail lizards, ocean reef life and our beloved “farm–saved” beach-going, swimming pigs! These big guys and some little guys are vet checked and cared for on the regular, and only given the cleanest diet served with plenty of love, sunshine, and sunscreen (yes, sunscreen!) With tons of space to run around, the ocean next door to take a dip in, and a protected and shaded pad to call their own, they’re living the dream on Rose Island! Sandy Toes enforces a strict check-in policy. Check-in is at 9:15am at the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal, between the 2 bridges on Paradise Island. DRIVE OVER THE PARADISE ISLAND BRIDGE. Check-in closes at 9:45am. Any guest who has not checked in at the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal by 9:50am on the day of their excursion forfeits their seat and is subject to the tour's 100% cancellation fee, and will be deemed a "no-show" guest.
You must make your own way to the departure point the morning of the excursion.
All cancellations must be received in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
Photo ID must be shown to match the method of payment used to create the booking, which is to be provided at check in. This may also be documented (photographed).
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect
Sandy Toes
This 6-hour all inclusive excursion offers a scenic 30-minute boat ride to and from beautiful Rose Island. Once at Sandy Toes, an array of activities are available to our guests including our guided snorkeling tour, private beach, hammock garden, and our very own Rose Island Swimming Pigs! We also include a delicious Bahamian buffet lunch, served on our southern pavilion overlooking picturesque Lower Harbour, and feature our very own Sandy Toes Gift Shop with one-of-a-kind souvenirs. River tube floats and kayaks are available for rent, and also fresh water showers and air-conditioned bathrooms are also available on the island for the comfort of our guests! Our Beach Bar is a great social atmosphere where you can mingle with our friendly staff or meet fellow travelers!

5.00Best excursion! Staff was so friendly. Beautiful beaches, cute animals and delicious drinks. You can borrow snorkel gear (mask, fins, vest) for a $10 deposit per person if you choose to join the snorkel group. We left at 930 and were back by 330 in the afternoon. High recommend this trip!

2.00You get on a boat to a beach 30 minutes from paradise island. The pigs are fully domesticated and brought out every 30 minutes for party tricks. The beach chairs were terrible. There was very little shade and occupying yourself on for 4 hours of was tiresome. The open bar comes with your reservation, but the drinks were watery. The one redeeming quality is that every employee we came in contact with was as friendly and welcoming.

5.00Great excursion! We snorkled wirh sea turtles and pretty fishes. Lunch was barbecue chicken or hot dogs. I had chicken, it was great! Open bar! The pigs were good swimmers and did not crap in the water ( I heard they did but that was false). No vulgar music on the boat while in transport. Captain steve plays classic rock! Every employee was helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience, Highly recommend !

5.00This may be the best excursion I've ever been on, and if you're worried about 6 hours being too long it flew by so fast! I could've easily stayed another two. The drinks were great the animals are fun and well cared for, this lunch was good, the chicken was way good. The best part is that you're only hanging out with people that were on your boat. So everyone has time to interact and take photos. I really can't say enough good things, I would do it again
