Unfortunately due to the weather conditions we had to cancel our adventure.. staff were very friendly and helpful in advising us our safety was their paramount concern.

Lovely tour with Rika, we saw mangroves, temple, market and finally released turtles (would have liked more information about the turtle sanctuary and turtle care though) , roads slightly scary in places but Rika looked after us well. Ended with snacks at cafe.

I felt the route was great and the stops well-planned. This trip is by no means exercise-- pace was sedate whether on Sanur city streets or on the lovely is short path through the flat paddies. Having the electric option was nice as a back-up, though I never used it as the pace was not challenging and the route is very flat. Sanur traffic/ Bali traffic is crazy, but pretty cooperative if you are steady and intentional and not an idiot. The leader helped the group cross big roads safely, even dismounting to stop traffic when necessary. Small bottle of water and adequate (non-visored) helmets provided. The bikes all worked, and my seat did go up high enough (I am tall), but the leader did not have additional tools, though the manager at the shop assured me she would (I suspected I would need to change the angle of my seat but did not want to fuss). I should have made sure all was perfect from the outset. The others on the ride were friendly and fun to travel with. I liked that it was a small group. I wish I had done this kind of "adventure" earlier on in my visit as biking around a town is a great way to orient and see parts of the city that you just can't hit walking and Grabs tend to stick to the main streets. PS: Mangrove temple tour was interesting (Can't believe it is only 20 years old). Try the fresh lychees at the market! In a different class than canned lychees and "safe" to eat as you peel off their wrapping. PPS: The turtle release opportunity along the seaside walk costs 60 000 (?) and is best (I think) at high tide when released turtles can cross the reef. PPS: Included in tour price is a small meal or drink at a restaurant , or icecream at a nearby vendor, along the sea promendade, PPPS: E-bikes not allowed on promenade, but there is a good, marked bike lane along the shopping street so was a quick return at the end.

The Sanur bike tour was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it! The tour included helmets and bottled water, and the guide, a young woman who was friendly and knowledgeable (though I didn’t catch her name), was fantastic. If you're planning to go, it’s a good idea to feel confident on a bike, as I had a little mishap due to not riding in a while. I fell off during one stop and scraped my leg, but the guide was incredibly concerned and had wipes and antiseptic on hand, showing how well-prepared she was. The tour was well-paced, with stops at the mangroves, a temple, a rice field, a local market, and the turtle sanctuary at the beach. Lunch was delicious Nasi Campur at a local warung by the beach. To top it off, the guide went out of her way to get ice for my leg and even took us for an extra stop to enjoy gelato on the way back to the office—one of the best I’ve ever had, and at only 22k for a giant scoop! My partner said this was their favorite activity in Bali.

Great experience!! Got to see some local places and Cculture that we would've missed. The bikes were easy to ride. A few interesting traffic situations but crossed at lights. Never felt unsafe. Guide was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this.

We had a great time on this tour. E-bikes worked well. Although it was not hilly at all so don’t have to use the e-bike if you prefer to pedal. Parts were a little busy through traffic , but we were guided through carefully and safely by our tour guide. Mangroves , Rice Paddy’s and then to the beach where we visited the turtle conservation. Here we released baby turtles onto the ocean. It’s a great way to see a little bit of Sanur ! Thankyou Ridek 😌😍

Nice ride on e-bikes where you really don't have to pedal much. Traffic is a challenge but the guide takes care of it perfectly. She led the way, gave direction, managed the other traffic and ensured our safety. Several short stops along the way where the guide explained everything: mangrove forest, rice fields, market, turtle rescue, Super fun tour, highly recommended

Loved this half day tour of behind the scenes Sanur. Our guide, Rika, was delightful and very informative at each stop. We loved the mangrove area, the market and turtle sanctuary. Cycling alongside Balinese traffic was an experience in itself. Rika kept us safe at busy intersections and found some quiet streets tucked away behind the busy areas. A great tour and fun way to see more of Sanur. My teens enjoyed it too!
