This is most definitely worth every penny. I went with my family and we all had an amazing time. You get to ride in a speed boat and a catamaran. The catamaran was a party. The island was beautiful, but the water had a lot of rocks and shells so make sure you bring your water shoes for this one. Great food. My only complaint would be the ladies offering massages, they can get a little pushy.

DO NOT book this excursion with WB PC Tour and Travel. We booked through our airport transport company, WB, and they required us to pay cash. Our morning pickup arrived 20 minutes late, not a big deal but then we left our property and pulled up to another bus where we had to get off our van and join the other bus. This happened at several other stops before our bus got to having people standing on the bus without a proper seat. We then stopped at an over crowded “shop” where we were allowed to get something to eat/drink/use the bathroom. This was 2 hours into our ride. The driver did not speak English and did not communicate what was going on with all the moving around to different busses etc throughout the journey. We were told this was an all inclusive trip and were never even offered a bottle of water on our bus. We finally got to the spot where we were going to load a boat and they were over loading the boats without proper life jackets for each passenger. We were then told it would be a 1 hour 40 minute ride to the island with a 30 minute stop at the natural pool. We would then go to the island where we would have about 2 hours to relax and enjoy the island and some lunch then a 2.5 hour ride back on a different boat and then the bus ride back to our hotel. This excursion is advertised as a day at the island and it’s really a day in the bus and on a boat. We were never told anything about how long we would sit in a bus or boat. We met another couple that was picked up before us and they were on the bus for over 3 hours. We told them we would not get on a boat where we were packed like sardines and no proper life jackets for each passenger. They offered to give us another boat for an additional charge after we had already paid $150 for the 2 of us to go on this excursion. We asked to get a ride back to our resort and get a refund and they would not do anything to help us, not even an apology. We left in an uber with the other couple we met and paid an additional $40 to get back to our resort. We contacted, Joseph from MB who we booked the trip with, who said he would look into it and ultimately said he couldn’t do anything to help. WB booked the tour and JAC tour and transfers (Ray was the manager at the dock and didn’t even apologize just kept telling us we would like it when we got out to the island) is who was running the show at the boats, I would NOT recommend using either company. We have used AmStar many times while traveling and would highly recommend looking to them for any excursions you want to go on.

If you book this and stay at the Hard Rock Punta Cana you have to walk to the main road outside the resort which is not a short walk All my conformation emails stated lobby pick up 6:30am the day before I was told pick was at the Main Street I would not have booked had I known it was not a lobby pick up

The tour guides were great. The island was beautiful make sure you bring bug spray with you there are giant mosquitoes that want to eat you alive. The cameraman takes beautiful photos however he wants $500 for the photo shoot, and then he will harass you if you don't buy his pictures. The pictures were beautiful like I said but only worth $100-$150. And then after telling him that you're not going to buy his pictures he continues to knock prices down but at this point I was already so frustrated at hearing the first initial price and then the harassment. I went ahead and just said I actually don't want any photos. Make sure to bring your own snorkels or masks they do not supply them on the boat. Lunch was okay. Also the free drinks that are included on the trip maybe bring your own cup because they're very small. All in all it was a beautiful trip and like I said the tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable.
