This is an escape game through the heart of Ascona. A dozen clues placed in the streets and shops of the old town, that only the smartest will find.

Hunt for clues, crack codes and solve puzzles - just like in a great escape room. You’ll find hidden symbols in a record store or a cryptic message in a pizzeria. Every object is a piece of a bigger puzzle. The challenges become increasingly more difficult.

Sato Code is no game for kids: we recommend participation from the age of 16. You’ll need to unleash all your brainpower to unravel the mystery. Only together with your team of brainiacs, you’ll master this game.

The game unfolds in the city centre, starting at Ascona Centro and going towards the lakefront. You'll not only pass by Ascona's iconic landmarks but also uncover some hidden gems that only few visitors come across. Don't settle for a usual tourist outing – try Sato Code!

While the game centers around puzzle-solving rather than delving into the city's history, it perfectly complements your sightseeing adventure • Designed for adults: Due to its difficulty, we recommend active participation from age 16. But if you're traveling with your family and enjoy the challenge of escape rooms, you can definitely share the experience with your kids • Multiplayer It's a team game: you need at least two players, each with a phone. The Sato Code App gives different info to each of you. As a team, you’ll put the pieces together to make it through the game. So, make sure everyone has downloaded the Sato Code App • Itinerary: you will walk across the charming Borgo (old town) of Ascona, through the alleys and along the lakefront. The unique storyline "Enzo's Box", crafted with passion by our Game Designers, perfectly captures the essence of Ascona.
