  So we didn't have an experience. My husband and I were very disappointed. We were booked at 3:00, and asked to show up at 2:45. Well they sent a message close to take off time that the boat ride was cancelled due to lack of people. I asked a worker and she said the minimum is 20. I just don't understand why we weren't notified sooner. It would seem that if they don't have the number they need an hour or 2 before then cacel. Very disappointed!

  I booked for 2 people for today October 6, 2025 and no one was there at the pick up spot and I didn't receive any email of company that boat ride was canceled. I want a full refund. I called customer service today and the representative said she would process my refund and email me the confirmation. That didn't happen. I was scammed out of $69.98 plus $45 for my Lyft ride going and coming from my resort we were staying at, Margaritaville in Hollywood Florida. We were going to take boat ride to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We traveled from Seattle, Washington. Very disappointed

  We had a blast! Great crew! Anthony is a great and entertaining Captain. This is our second time on this cruise. Sunset was gorgeous!

  

• Do Not Use Third Party Website To Book!!

  The trip was cancelled due to not enough bookings. Unknown at the time of booking is that Viator charges $30 if you book through them. So when Sea Rocket gave me a refund, it was minus the $30 Viator charges. Next time I will just book directly through the company and not these third party websites. Lesson learned.
