  Super special, a lot of personal attention and very kind hosts. The trip was awesome!! We saw about 10 manatees and after that we saw 1 alligator. They take the time so that we al see the beautiful animals.

  My best friend and our 3 kids (12, 9, 6) went on the 10:00 tour this morning and it was fantastic! Our guide, Amanda, and captain, Chris, were so informative, kind, fun, patient. The adults and 2 older kids were led by Amanda and she did a great job encouraging and leading us. Even when I had a bit of an issue, Amanda stayed calm and helped me enjoy my time. Amanda also made sure that we were all being respectful and mindful with our close interactions with the manatees. My 6 year old wasn’t quite able to participate in the water, so he hung out on the boat with Capt Chris. Chris pointed out the manatees they could see from the boat and helped make him comfortable while the rest of us enjoyed the tour. We would all highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun, informative tour with kind and patient people. I would tell any who wants to take their children to be sure they are VERY comfortable in the water and can float for long periods with just a noodle. The price is perfect, the adventures is memorable, and this company is the best!

  We had an amazing time out on Crystal River with Leah and Captain Todd! With Leah as our in water guide, we got to swim right next to the manatees. It was so amazing to be so close to the gentle giants! Both Leah and Captain Todd made sure our 5 year old had a great time as well, truly a family friendly experience. We learned a lot and the hot chocolate was great. Next time we return, we’ll book with these guys again.

  Great service with a guide (Giggles) and captain (Todd). We got to hang out with some early manatees in a quiet little spring, and observe them in their environment, marveling at how gentle and curious they are!

  Last week we went out with Crystal River Manatee Adventures and had Captain Chris at the helm with Amanda as our in-water guide, and honestly I think the manatees liked them more than us. 😄 Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and somehow managed to drive the boat, crack jokes, AND give a full manatee biology lesson all at once — pretty sure he moonlights as a tour guide/comedian/historian. Amanda was amazing in the water — super informative, patient, and clearly part-manatee herself. She knew exactly where to go and explained everything in a way that was both educational and hilarious. If the manatees could talk, I’m 100% convinced they’d also leave her a 5-star Yelp review. They made the whole experience easy, fun, and unforgettable. If you're coming to Crystal River and don’t book with them, you’re missing out on the A-team of sea cow enthusiasts. 🐟🐋 (Yes, I know they’re not fish — Amanda taught me that. See? Educational!) 5 stars, would float with them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Amazing experience! Mer-Manda and Capt. Chris sought out the best possible opportunity to swim with the manatees even in choppy/murky water off-season got to swim with a mom and calf and the whole family from ages 10-70+ loved it. Then they took extra time to show us Three Sisters springs which were absolutely magical! Thank you!!

  What a wonderful tour with Amanda and Captain Chris. These two are real experts. They did a great job finding the manatees even though it’s not the season yet. They made the trip interesting and enjoyable. Definitely a five star day!
