1.00The pick-up time was incorrectly stated by this company. As a result, we were not able to make the whole trip. And completely no longer open to reimbursement. While with mail and app jes I could prove that another time was said to us. Worthless so never again with their books!!!

5.00Lovely trip. Even though this is not a guided tour, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had approximately 4 hours of free time and we did a Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour to see Seville. Before doing this tour, do research as to what you want to see in Seville and plan/use your time wisely.

1.00The driver didn’t pitch up and I was given two different locations to meet, of which I did. Refund is refused. Getyourguide is much more reliable and tourist friendly.

3.00Seville is beautiful! Especially Plaza Espana. At 6.30am we were picked up (not to be confused with the start time of 7am). No email received before the pick-up time, but if you click on "contact tour operator" in the booking you will see the pick-up time. Although our hotel was in the list of hotels, the pick-up location was 7 min walk from the hotel. After a few stops we left at 7am. After a toilet/coffee stop on the way (half an hour) we arrived in Seville around 10.30. The guide took us into the old town to the Cathedral, where we could continue on our own after good explanation. Very unfortunate that we had to be at the bus again at 15.15. It was just enough time to see the cathedral and walk to Plaza Espana, lunch, and walk back to the bus. At 7pm we were back at the hotel. I'm sorry about the downpours, but obviously there's nothing the organization can do about that.

5.00This is the tour to take if you want a day trip to visit different place with a short time. I wish we could explore more the beautiful Seville, but we know its a long day to everyone specially for the tour guide and the driver.

2.00I hired the tour with a guide speaking Portuguese. The guide spoke English almost all the time. He spoke also other languages, German and French and not Portuguese. Twice I had to ask him to speak Portuguese.

1.00When they change your location and you can’t find it and you text your tour operator two times with no response. That is a problem!! I am requesting my full refund! This was very unprofessional and not acceptable!

3.00It’s a long way to go for a few hours of free time .. the guide is only there to tell you where to go , there is no tour. I went on this tour 13 years ago and our guide took us to the Plaza de Espana which was free and just stunning then into the old town. Do not take the boat tour .. not worth the $20 euros. On the way back our bus driver has no idea where he was going, could not speak English, missed our stop, then has to take us back.
