5.00Maria Giulia was a wonderfully welcoming host for myself, sister, and father from start to finish. She did an excellent job teaching each of us how to prepare ravioli. The food was delicious, the conversation was fun, and we had such a memorable experience learning a traditional Italian dish together.

5.00We had an excellent time with Rosa Maria and her assistant - they are charming and fun. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish it was interesting and informative, and Rosa Maria is an absolute delight. She taught us how to make pasta from scratch in her beautiful apartment, which has a most modern and spacious kitchen. The resulting eggplant dish and tiramisu desert were incredible. I've made Pasta Norma about 100 times before but now I know how to make it properly Grazie Rosa Maria! We look forward to a return visit!

5.00In her beautiful kitchen, Rosa Maria taught us how to prepare busiate, dumplings and penne, with their sauces. We also had the opportunity to prepare delicious Sicilian desserts. It was interesting and a lot of fun. At the end of the day, we could enjoy all the dishes cooked together at the table. It was a wonderful occasion and I highly recommend booking a course with Rosa Maria.

5.00This cooking class was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The instructor, was not only an excellent teacher but also made the experience incredibly fun and engaging. The kitchen was well-equipped, clean, and everything was perfectly set up for us. We learned some great techniques and the meal we created was delicious. I left feeling inspired and confident in my cooking skills. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and educational activity.

5.00I had a wonderful market tour and cooking class together with Rosa Maria and Cesarine in Palermo. We made two kinds of very delicious pasta - busiate alla norma and cavatelli con ragù di salsiccia - and a delicious ricotta roll for dessert. I had a really terrific day and I highly recommend this experience.

5.00I was a guest of Rosa Maria with 6 other friends at the end of July and for us it was a wonderful experience! He gave us an appointment at the market and from there we headed to his house where he made us find everything we needed to make fresh pasta (which turned out delicious!) and a dessert. Some of us were beginners, but with the expert guidance of Rosa Maria and the help of Seli it was easy and fun:) if you happen to pass by Palermo you can not miss the opportunity to pass by her!

Cooking traditional Sicilian recipes, learning theory, putting into practice, knowing the past stories that gave life or name to a dish, a truly 360-degree experience. You cannot come to Palermo and not have a cooking class with Rosa Maria. We came to Palermo with a couple of friends for a birthday, and taking the cooking class with Rosa Maria made our trip even more exciting.
