1.00I booked the "Sheki, Juma Mosque, Nohur Lake Group Tour from Baku" with Tranquil Holidays for September 29, 2025. I was expecting a fascinating day. Instead, I got a complete nightmare. Despite confirming the 8:00 am pickup the day before, NOBODY SHOWED UP. My messages and Viator’s attempts to reach the company were ignored. I waited alone outside the Double Gates at Gosha Gala Square until 9:30 am with NO UPDATES. The first message from Tranquil Holidays came at 8:55 am, asking if I had been picked up, and nearly two hours later, I got a casual note that Tranquil Holidays' “other tours went as planned.” Receiving the message that “other tours went as planned” was infuriating. It was as if Tranquil Holidays was rubbing in that they were still making money for themselves and Viator while completely ignoring the fact that they screwed me over. It wasn’t an apology. It was a smug reminder that my experience didn’t matter. Tranquil Holidays' lack of accountability was shocking. Avoid this company! Rent a car or go to the bus station. I ended up taking the bus to Sheki. This was my worst experience ever with a company associated with Viator.
