What To Expect
Sioux City Park
Sioux City Park emulates a western city with its typical buildings, peoples and routine, offering tons of fun for its visitors. This city was built back in 1972 as a set for western movies. We are sure you have seen some of the buildings before. This city is not a museum, everything is real and fully functional like for example the sheriff’s or the saloon. Visit the saloon and try some of the drinks they have for you. Moreover there are spectacular shows: bank robbery, firefights between the bandits and the sheriff. There is also a zoo with cachena cows, Jersey giant chickens, emus, suricata and for those of you, reptile-fans: dwarf crocodiles.

2.00The park disappointed us. The park is small and you have walked around in less than an hour, you can I a small number of buildings where there is little to see inside afterwards. The actors do their best and put on a nice show but the animal-friendly side is certainly present. We therefore left within an hour and a half.

4.00Really fun trip out. I got to ride a horse which was great! This does cost an extra 10 euros. The Saloon bar atmosphere was electric. Defo recommend. It's probably not a full day out & can be very hot.

5.00What an absolute pleasure !! From start to finish !! Free bus pick up in taurito , walked in through ticket office and collected ticket(we booked online which i would advise) easy as pie !! From the moment you enter its unbelievable!! You get greeted with a photo shoot dress up included ! Cost 10 euros to buy after fantastic ! Staff then greet us in character and remained in character all day ! Food was lovely good price too drinks were cheap . Great shows and animals well looked after !! Overall fantastic day out for all ! .

5.00We read the reviews before we went and were impressed by them however when we arrived we became slightly skeptical …. As we drove up the car park looked abandoned but we spotted a man on a horse (which we initially thought was a statue) waving us into the car parking space and the laughter began! The park was wonderful with lots of places to wander in and out of … then the entertainment began and the performers and animals were pretty brilliant. We were amazed to learn that the horses were all rescue animals & looked really healthy and happy. We laughed so hard for most of the day and kept saying to each other “all of this for 20E” !! Food and drink was reasonably priced and of good quality. And the staff worked very hard indeed to make sure everyone had a good day. Amazing and totally mad day …. Really recommended.
