The gallery includes items from the Rani Jindan Haveli and the significant Princess Bamba Collection, offering deep insights into 19th-century Sikh Punjab's art, culture, and history, with restoration efforts ongoing for its valuable display
Also visit Gurduwara Dera Saheb (Guru Arjun Dev Ji). Later on we will walk through the old walled city and its bazaars towards the Delhi Gate, en route we also stop to see the Gurduwara Chuna Mandi. Afternoon, Opportunity to watch flag lowering ceremony at Pak-India border (Wahgah – 20 km) The Wagah Flag Ceremony (also Attari-Wagah Ceremony) is a daily, theatrical military ritual at the India-Pakistan border near Lahore/Amritsar, featuring high-kicking soldiers from both sides (Pakistan Rangers & Indian BSF) in a synchronized, patriotic parade that ends with lowering the national flags at sunset, symbolizing rivalry but concluding with a handshake, attracting huge crowds and showcasing intense nationalism
