3.00I thought tour description was misleading. We hardly spent any time in Sintra except for a coffee shop. The majority of the time seemed to be spent on our own in Cascais. The tour cost was high given that we then had to buy the palace tickets for 20 Euros apiece. Sarah was fine as a tour guide, it's just the tour wasn't as advertised. Also , seemed to need to rush through palace to get to Cascais in time for our lunch but then there was no reservation or anything & we had to wait for a table.

5.00If you're considering this because you've heard you should go to Sintra; book this tour. David was friendly and made sure everyone was good throughout the trip. We only ended up with 4 passengers, 2 paid to go in the Palace, 2 did not - he made sure to walk each person to the right spot. Waited till they were done and then moved along. He's super friendly and knowledgeable, not only about the places he's taking us but also about different events and places in the city. He goes above and beyond to help. I would highly suggest doing this tour w/ David. You won't regret it.
