  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The small group setting made this snowmobile tour feel personal and adventurous. The guides were professional, friendly, and ensured everyone felt safe throughout the ride. We explored the stunning snowy landscapes of the wilderness—endless white trails, frozen lakes, and pine-covered hills. The experience was thrilling but also peaceful, with plenty of moments to stop, take in the scenery, and snap some photos. The equipment was top-notch and well maintained. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking to explore the true beauty of Lapland away from the crowds. An unforgettable Arctic experience!

  Incredible experience! Thank you to Marko for this wonderful tour and his kindness. The weather was a little capricious we had to shift the tour level security. Communication with Marko at the top! We arrived on the spot the next day after checking the place and his green light for a nice walk. We were lucky enough to have had a private tour and it was just exceptional! 80 km walk through fir trees and on frozen lakes. We left at 10am and returned at 1pm. A real walk for driving enthusiasts without tourist stop! Before leaving we have complete equipment of very good quality to protect us from the cold. The snowmobiles are very well equipped (seats and heated handles for the driver and for the passenger) it is very pleasant! Thanks again to Marko for this morning which will remain a wonderful memory!

  We had the most wonderful morning snowmobiling with Marko, we were so lucky as there were only the two of us and we began by speeding down the river until we stopped for a moment to wait for a group to cross. We couldn't believe it, there was a huge line of 30 or 40 snowmobiles stopping and starting, unable to get any decent speed up - we were so glad not to be on their tour! Marko made sure not to get us stuck behind them, we went through the forest and onto a beautiful lake where we stopped for a coffee and hot chocolate (our choice) in a lovely hotel. We headed back and couldn't believe how quickly the time had passed, Marko made sure we were always just the right temperature, never too hot or too cold and was the perfect guide. We couldn't have wished for a better tour.

  Everything was perfect on this trip, but the owners / team made this trip even more valuable. Can highly recommend the tour with them. It’s much worth it and focused on small groups with a lot of care!

• Fairytale winter wonderland

  We took 3 hours snowmobile tour in the evening. Our son was in a comfortably covered sleigh. As a result, he dozed off in a dreamland. It was a fairytale winter wonderland experience to ride in a snow-covered forest and slalomed on a winding path between the trees. And that for hours. Towards the end of the ride we stopped on a hill where there is a tippi. A campfire was lit in there. It was pleasantly warm. We got hot berry juice for drinks and grilled sausages. Because it was a small group we could exchange our experiences with other guests. We were sorry that we had not known about Polarmax before and therefore could only experience it once because our holiday has ended. The other participants had done for the 2nd time. We will definitely go with Polarmax next time we are in Rovaniemi. You can book directly through their website so is then advantageous for both parties.

  We really enjoyed the tour ! We were a group of 3 snowmobile with our guide, after a thorough introduction to get us accustomed with the machine and the tracks we would be riding on, we went on our way. The weather was no ideal but he managed to find nice tracks and adapted to our level so that we could enjoy. I definitely recommend Polarmax if you want to experience snowmobile but don't want to be in a large group

  We did 2 different laps with Polarmax, a first of 3 hours and a second of 6 hours. In both cases, we had a pleasant time with Marko. We felt that he was passionate about what he was doing which immediately put us in confidence. We have always felt safe on the slopes. We stopped several times to make sure everything was okay and to take pictures. On the 6 hour tour we were lucky enough to have a private lesson on deep snow driving (it happened to us knee-deep, it was impressive). We moved away from the main roads through the forest, frozen lakes or snow-covered marshes. For anyone looking for thrills or a small group snowmobile ride and in the deep nature of northern rovaniemi, I highly recommend Polarmax.

  Amazing experience from start to finish! We did the 9am trip with our kids and all loved it. Marko was brilliant, very friendly and always made sure that we are all ok during the trip, making several stops along the route and asking if we are all good. Small group is a bonus. We were provided with overall clothig, boots, woolen socks goggles. Highly recommend to everyone!
