☆Experience the True Soul of Sumo
Sumo, Japan’s traditional sport, has been passed down since the Sengoku period.
We created this place so that people can truly experience the authentic culture of sumo.
Our show is performed by former professional wrestlers who once dedicated their lives to the ring, all striving to become Yokozuna, the grand champions of sumo.
Some entered a sumo stable as young as 15, enduring years of intense training and discipline.
Only those who have walked the path toward Yokozuna can convey the true spirit and refined movements of sumo.
We invite you to witness and feel the depth of this ancient tradition up close.

It is a simple restaurant (Food is ok, not great or bad). In the restaurant, there are 3 retired Sumos who put up a basic show for guests. Dont expect a lot of wrestling, but you will get food, you will see a little bit of Sumo wrestling, and you will get pictures. Kimonos and Sumo body suits are hanging around, and you can try them on your own and take pictures. Is a good touristy experience, for doing once. Do not expect too much, but overall gives you a good idea about Sumo wrestling.

Do not go here. Tourist trap. Advertised as a 2hr show but really it’s only approx 40 mins and the rest of the time is spent taking photos with the sumo wrestlers. Yes it was cool to see them wrestle but that lasted all of 10 minutes and I really don’t think they gave it their all. If you’re interested in seeing a sumo show I would definitely advise finding a real one!! Plus it takes around 45-60mins to get to the venue from Osaka, food was average and expensive. Not worth my $200 :(
