  • A glorious outing!

What a fabulous day we spent touring various places in the Kingdom of Fife with our tour guide Brian who, to our delight, picked us up in his finest kilt. He was so knowledgeable about Scottish history and local lore. He let us take our time in spots and move at our own pace. Delightful times touring several villages and St Andrew’s as well as local stops as a chocolate factory and delicious eateries. Lovely Irish shortbreads and macaroons supplied to us and made by his own beloved Maggie. Truly a wonderful day out.

We had the best time exploring the Fife Region!!! Our guide, Taimur made the trip for us. He was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and really customized the experience based on our interests. It was my brother, mother, and I on the tour and he really catered to what each of us love. My brother loved St Andrews, especially the golf course (try and book a Sunday trip so you can walk the course!) and I loved searching the coast at Crail for sea glass. He also knew that I really wanted to see hairy coos on the trip so he went out of his way to make that happen.

A pleasant way to see St Andrews! Our vehicle was clean and Ross our driver was terrific. We enjoyed learning about some current events and past history while enjoying the beautiful countryside on our drive from port to our destination. Ross keep us on schedule and treated us to fresh water and Scottish treats. Fabulous!

Jimmy was our driver for the tour, he is one of the best drivers we ever had. This is the second year that we used E2G tours, and they are amazing. We enjoyed seeing St.Andrews area and certainly the famous golf course. It was a lovely beautiful sunny day, the visit was a treat!

We had the most amazing day with Simon as our guide and driver! Starting from the Dalmahoy Hotel, he took us on a scenic and fun-filled journey to see the iconic hairy coos, the charming town of Falkland, historic St Andrews, and the beautiful Fife coast for classic fish and chips. Simon’s knowledge of Scottish history and culture is incredible, and he made everything come alive with his storytelling and great sense of humor. He was warm, engaging, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. If you're booking a tour, definitely ask for Simon by name – you won't regret it. This was a true highlight of our trip to Scotland. Thank you, Simon!

We had a wonderful time with our guide Phil. He was prompt, considerate and funny. He shared his knowledge. St. Andrew was lovely and the remains of the palace wonderful. We had a wonderful Scottish meal in Fife! He took us to Dundee , which was special since I was raised in Dundee, Michigan!!! It was a delightful day and I would highly recommend this tour

We had a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and took us to amazing places. we will recommend him to everyone we know.I wish Viator would have let him pick us up at our hotel since he was coming from the same town. Instead we had to take a bus an hour and 20 min away to meet him.

  • Great day trip with a charming guide

Martin was an amazing guide. Not only did he take us to St Andrew’s, which was a must see for my husband, he took us to several other stops during the day that we wouldn’t have considered and were quite enjoyable-the best of which was taking us to a local farm to feed highland cows. Martin was really fun, had great stories and was one of the highlights of our 2 week trip to Scotland.
